Are you prepared for a seizure emergency?

A Seizure Action Plan can play an important role in sharing daily and emergency treatment priorities with different members of your care team. The Seizure Tracker DSAP creation tool is now available as a resource for SeizureTracker.com users.

Your DSAP can be easily created and stored dynamically within your Seizure Tracker account. You can review it with your doctor and edit any time. The DSAPs created on SeizureTracker.com can be printed or shared electronically.

Primary User (Most common)

This account type allows for logging through Seizure Tracker on a single individual. Valet Keys can be sent out from this account to a Valet account giving access to log and view data entered into the user account. You must open (or have access to) a primary user account first to leverage the Valet system.

Valet (Manage multiple accounts)

This account type allows logging or viewing data of multiple primary user accounts. Access levels are determined by the primary user and relationships are established by sharing a valet key via email. Valet users could include: Parents with multiple children having seizures, Care Managers caring for multiple individuals, Clinicians and Researchers.
